Requesting an Edit of an alternative portrait for Viconia

Dear forum,
I've been questing to find an alternative portrait for Viconia for years. I've changed many of the portraites of the other main NPC's...but Viconia...why is it so difficult.
Some examples of other portraits I've installed over the years:
Jaheria -
Xan -
Yoshimo -
I have since found this generic image of a female elf:
The thing is, the attitude; the image captures the attitude that Viconia has, certainly in the voice acting. Is there a way to colourise the hair to be white and her skin blue? Like this:
